shuttles can be complicated and frustrating. The task requires a

Coordinators & Staff
- Count on our professional uniformed coordinators to
make sure your group members get to where they need to go, on time! They
can also help ensure that every detail is covered. We will stage
coordinators at the Convention Center, your other meeting site, major
hotels, or where ever you need. Coordinators carry hand-held two-way radios
and
communicate with our base dispatcher, group sales department and
directly to the convention shuttle vehicles assigned to your group.

Airport Meet and Greet Service - Our professional uniformed
greeter will meet your clients at the baggage claim area in San Antonio
or Austin and direct the
group to their transportation. This service must be pre-arranged.
Manifests - Upon request, statistics on how many group members were transported,
from which locations, on which routes, at what times, etc., will be
provided for your evaluation and future planning efforts.
